I appreciated staying in this great place. The staff were pleasant and courteous, no reason to complain. My fairly quiet room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a refrigerator, climate control, and an iron. It had a bathtub in the clean bathroom. The location was marvellous: a convenience shop and convenience stores were within walking distance.

I appreciated the stay. Well, it was a pleasant stay for 1 night. Its location was MAGNIFICENT, very close to a couple fast food restaurants, beautiful Bellevue and Seattle downtown.

The hotel is a stone's throw from I-90. Close to Factoria Mall as well. Price is reasonable. Front desk is very friendly and pleasant. Quick check in/out.

Was there from Monday to Friday, they missed cleaning the room twice. There was no microwave in the room, it would have been a nice touch. World's smallest coffee maker. TV was on demonstration mode (a ad would appear on the side announcing the TV had "ClearVoice Sound" every 5 minutes) and I couldn't turn that part off. Same spotty WiFi.

Quite comfortable and clean room for a fair price. Basic breakfast is included and ok for the money. Full American breakfast (very good) is available with discount at a restaurant next door. Very friendly staff.

I had several bites from bed bugs after the first two nights. I switched rooms and the second room was clean. Free Wifi was available, however, quite slow for most of the time.

The room was pretty basic but clean which was a plus. The beds were decent enough for a budget spot, and it was relatively quiet. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was super friendly. The room felt a bit cramped with old decor. And the AC worked well, so that was nice.

I appreciated the short walk to the beautiful Weowna Park Trails with a serene escape just under 2 km away, and I was thrilled to find a variety of dining options like Dalian House Chinese Cuisine just a few steps from my room. The room was clean and provided a useful phone charger, ensuring I was prepared for my weekend adventure.

I loved how the front desk guy was very helpful and courteous. The room was just what we needed and supplied us with everything. Facilities were good to us. Location was perfect.

Cleaning services could have been better. Starting on our 3rd day followed by 2 more days to follow our room needs were not met. Towels weren't replaced, beds weren't made, trash wasnt taken out and toiletries weren't refilled. We had to call in to front desk for more and they'd only give us 1 extra so we eventually bought our own.
